1. How do I join theNEWSMOKE?
To join, you must go to theRULES page, read the rule and guidlines, and it will guide you to theJOIN page where you fill out the information and submit. If accepted, you will be added to theSMOKIES page.
2. When I try to sign up for something or enter something, a page keeps coming up that says "This user has used up their submission quota." What does this mean and how can I send something in?
I am terribly sorry about this. I had no idea there was a certain limit. It means that the site has to be upgraded so people can send in more. What you are now able to do is go to theSUBMIT page to read the rules and guidlines. When you do, you will be directed to a page containing my email address where you can send me things listed on theSUBMIT page.
